Click “Get a Free Quote” to get price based on your needs. Once you receive a quote , you simply enter your payment and that’s it… you’re done! We’ve designed it all to be super easy, iron-clad secure, and lightning fast.

RealSantaForHire has more then 2453 active members in our data bases. We are the largest Santa Claus community in the USA. We work in 47 states. Please use search box on the main page in order to get an exact answer of which area we service.

What exactly does RealSantaForHire do?

RealSantaForHire  connects event planners (like you!) with local Santas. Our mission is to help you plan one-of-a-kind events and help talent book amazing gigs. Cool, huh? Our Santa Claus roster is growing by leaps and bounds, which means we’ve got it all: Real Bearded Santa Clauses , Santa Claus Entertainers , Miss Clause, Elf and more. How much will it cost?

Do you bring your own supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, Each performer has his own equipment for the activities.
You would need to provide (1 char Chair for Santa and Gifts to pass to your quests)
Our Santa will call you few day before the event to go over about details!

Will we be able to speak to Santa before our visit?

If you have any questions that require specifically speaking to Santa, his elf team will do their best to make some time in his schedule so he can call you.
Please also be assured that you will receive detailed information about Santa when you enquire about your booking. Santa will send you our “How To Prepare For Santa” email with all the information you need for the visit to go smoothly and joyfully.

Does Santa hand out presents, snacks, etc ?

Santa is very willing to hand out gifts or presents to your child, after all that’s what he does! Santa prefers that you provide the gifts prior to to his visit. There is no extra charge for Santa to hand out the presents. If you wish Santa to bring the presents with him, please contact his elves for more information and additional costs.

Do to health regulations Santa can not provide food or other snacks. If you wish the children to have snacks or candy , he suggests that you provide them for Santa to pass to the children.

Pricing & Policies

When is Payment due?

We charge 34% deposit on the date of the reservation , the remaining balance you would have to pay in CASH on the date of the event to the performer!

Do I get my deposit back?

We consider deposits as a prepayment, so your deposit is applied to the balance of your event.

What happens if I need to cancel?

You have 72 hrs to cancel your reservation , after that the retainer is non-refundable but it is transferable to another date in the same holiday season for the same year.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my Santa Claus?

A thorough background check is completed on all Santa Clauses.  We want our customers to have the piece of mind that only qualified and trustworthy Santa Clauses  will be in their homes.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We do not keep any credit card or checking account information at our office or on our computers. Our merchant services provider is audited and certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the most stringent level of certification available.
If you have any questions or encounter any issues concerning your billing information, please contact our office.

Do the Santa Clauses go through a background check?

All Santa Clauses go through an extensive background check.  We want our customers to have piece of mind that the Santas in their homes are trustworthy and reliable.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

What is your satisfaction guarantee policy?

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with every event.  If for some reason you are unhappy with the service that you received, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can rectify the problem.

What is your refund policy?

Due to Santa’s busy schedule, any visit cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full, as Santa will have already started the long journey from the North Pole. As there are many naughty children who try to trick Santa by making fake bookings, as a safety, every booking will have to be confirmed with a non-refundable  34% deposit.
However, if your schedule changes and you wish to move your Santa visit to another day or time, Santa’s Head Elf will do their best to work a solution out.
