Christmas Party with Santa Claus Reading to the Kids!

What better way to celebrate the Christmas season than a party for kids with Santa Claus! Hire a traditional or real beard Santa Claus to come to the party and begin with a grand entrance, then Santa starts with all the kids around him and reads the story “Twas the Night Before Christmas” to get everyone in the mood for the season. Then, as Santa starts to meet one-on-one with the kids to ask if they were “Naughty or Nice” and what they want for Christmas and posing for commemorative holiday photos; be sure that the other kids are entertained with a clever elf doing Christmas magic and other fun tricks.Christmas party elf and Christmas magic – entertainers It’s great if the kids have a number and just come up five at a time so that they don’t spend the entire party waiting in line — as so often seen. If your budget permits, it’s a nice touch to be able to hire Mrs. Claus and have her help with line control for Santa and/or a professional photographer.

If you’re planning to have lots of families in attendance, another great option is to include a holiday set of props (e.g. Santa’s sleigh, snowy backdrop scene, large Christmas tree, etc.) so that the families can take advantage of the setting to take family photos in front of the props. This is not only a great feature for the guests, but if you’re planning an annual party, such as for a company holiday party or church celebration/frundraiser — it will help them to remember that they want to attend the next year!
